Return Policy
Cannabis Products –
Higher Elevation has a seven day return policy for ALL cannabis products, including but not limited to; edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls, carts, flower, and drinks. All returns MUST have a receipt and the original packaging. Reasons for possible returns of cannabis products include; given incorrect product, defective product, contamination or missing product.
Carts –
At Higher Elevation, every cart purchased is checked for obvious leakage before it leaves the building. That being said, we understand that due to the nature of carts, there is still the potential for mechanical errors with the product. As stated above, all cart returns must have the receipt and original packaging. If the cart is returned half used, a refund will be issued for half of the original price of the cart, in store credit. If the cart is empty, no store credit will be issued. Possible mechanical errors include but are not limited to; no draw, atomizer broken, liquid coming from mouthpiece, etc.
CBD Products –
Higher Elevation has a seven day return policy for CBD products. This includes but is not limited to; edibles, tinctures, beauty products, pet products, pre-rolls, and flower. All returns must have a receipt and original packaging. Reasons for possible return include but not limited to; given incorrect product, defective or missing product, and contamination.
Head Shop Products –
Higher Elevation has a thirty day return policy for all front accessories. This includes but is not limited to; batteries, dab rigs, cleaning supplies, lighters/torches, butane, rolling trays, glass pieces, and storage solutions. All returns must have a receipt and original packaging (if applicable.)
Puffco Products –
Puffco products must be returned directly to Puffco directly. Higher Elevation is not authorized to process Puffco returns. We will happily give you Puffco’s return procedure upon request. Sorry for the inconvenience!
